1、 Metal debris accumulates on the rolling machine.
The metal accumulation in the rolling bending machine may be caused by the large thickness and forward position of the anti wrinkle mold tip, which forms a step after the wheel mold cutting point. During bending, the metal inside the pipe is compressed, and when the hardness of the pipe material is low, accumulation occurs here. So we should repair the base of the anti wrinkle mold and reduce the thickness of the tip of the anti wrinkle mold; Polish the tip of the anti wrinkle mold to achieve a smooth transition with the surface of the wheel mold.
2、 Cracks appear at the end of the bending machine.

The reasons are: rough surface of the rolling and bending movement shaft or metal shavings between the heart ball and the shaft; The surface of the mold cavity is irregular, with undulations or metal shavings; The compression mold is too tight against the pipe, causing excessive frictional resistance and leading to rupture. Suggest checking the surface of the core shaft or compression mold cavity for defects, and repairing the mold if necessary; Reduce the boost and compression pressure, and increase the gap between the compression mold and the anti wrinkle mold; Eliminate metal shavings and slag on the surface of the mold.
